1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of PureShine Cleaning Services ("PureShine," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our cleaning services and website located at https://app186.afliweb.com. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Offered
PureShine provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions. All services are subject to availability and are performed by trained personnel. Service descriptions, pricing, and scheduling are provided on our website or upon request. We strive to deliver high-quality results, but specific outcomes may vary based on property condition and scope of work agreed upon.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services must be made in full prior to or on the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified on our website. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations after the service start time are non-refundable. Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided you notify us within 24 hours of service completion. PureShine reserves the right to refuse service or issue partial refunds at its discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services, including property access details and any special requirements. You must ensure that the property is safe and accessible for our cleaning team, including providing adequate lighting, water, and electricity. You are responsible for securing valuable items, fragile objects, and personal belongings before our arrival. PureShine is not liable for loss or damage to items not properly secured or disclosed. You must not interfere with our staff during service or request tasks outside the agreed scope. Any additional services requested during the visit may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of PureShine Cleaning Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent. The PureShine name and tagline "Leading Cleaning services in the United Arab Emirates" are trademarks of our business.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, PureShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of God, or third parties. You agree to indemnify PureShine against any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
